1. How can I get access to your marketplace?

All you have to do is click on the "Sign-up" button located on the top right corner of upclick.com and fill out the form. It takes only a few minutes of your time to join the platform. You are not under any obligation by completing this form.
Once it's done, your account is created and you will receive a welcome email with your login information to access the platform.

2. I did not receive my confirmation email, what do I do?

First of all, please check your spam and/or junk mail folders as the email may have been sent there. If you are still unable to locate the email, contact us for further assistance.

3. I signed up on Upclick. Now what do I do?

After signing up, you will receive a welcome email with all your information. Log into the platform using your new username and password, grab merchants offers you want to promote or request permission. Then, you can choose between different creatives, banners, direct link and finally you can start promoting. You will see the payout and all the information for each offers before choosing it. If you have further questions, feel free to contact us.

4. Once I signed up, how long does it take before I can start promoting offers?

It only takes a few minutes. Upclick is a self-serve platform, so you can start using the platform without speaking to anyone. Nevertheless, some offers request merchant's permission to promote them.

5. How long has Upclick been in business?

Founded in 2006, Upclick has grown into a true market leader and boasts one of the highest converting ecommerce platform’s in the industry.

6. Do you work with everybody?

Absolutely. We work with any affiliates interested in promoting offers through their emails, websites, aps... Everyone with a good traffic is welcome.

7. Do you accept international affiliates?

Of course we do. Upclick accepts worldwide affiliates.

8. How often should I expect to get paid for my sales?

Payments are made on a bi-weekly basis (1st and 16th day of the month) with two weeks delay. Make sure to enter your payment information as soon as you create your account.
Your earnings are guaranteed to be paid out on time.

9. How do I get paid for the sales I refer through Upclick?

When you log-in to your Upclick account for the first time you can choose your payment method: Local Bank Transfers, Paypal, Wire Transfers or Checks. We have been successfully paying hundreds of affiliates every month and have worked hard to provide an accurate and safe payment system.
We pride ourselves on providing you with fast, on-time payments, all the time.

10. Does Upclick hold a reserve on my payments?

Upclick takes the right to keep a reserve of 10% for the first 6 months from each affiliate payment, to cover eventual chargebacks on transactions. If you have any question, contact us.

11. How many offers can I promote through Upclick?

You can promote as many offers as you like through Upclick. There is no maximum set.

12. How does it work?

Affiliation is a technique where websites or publishers promote advertiser's products or services in exchange for earning a commission. Affiliate marketing is a relationship between three parties: Advertisers, Publishers and Consumers.
The affiliate (publisher) is rewarded every time a visitor (consumer) clicks on a link that he is promoting, goes to the merchant (advertiser) purchase page and buys the promoted product or service. A percentage of the sold item's price is given as a commission to the affiliate from where the sale originated.

13. What kind of features can I expect?

14. What are the payout models?

The Upclick Affiliate Network supports multiple payout models to compensate affiliates, such as Revenue Share, PPS (Pay Per Sale), PPI (Pay Per Installation), PPT (Pay Per Trial). The concept remains the same: affiliate earn commissions for generating business. We understands that every business is different, that's why we offer many options to ensure flexibility and satisfaction.
However, offering a specific payout models is at the merchant (advertiser) discretion.

15. What are the commissions?

The commissions are defined by our merchants who want to showcase their offers in the marketplace. In general, you'll easily find offers with 65% commission per sale and even higher. Our high commissions and on-time payments (every time) will definitely make us one of your favourite affiliate programs. Once you choose and link the perfect offer for your business, you can start cashing in! And more, some of our top merchants constantly have special bonuses for their affiliates - in other words, if you perform well, you'll be rewarded consequently.

16. Do you provide efficient tracking?

Of course! We offer a cutting-edge tracking system to ensure you to be paid on every sales generated. You get a default 30-day tracking. It means your links are tracked by cookies for 30 days, so if a customer buy even in a month, you will still get your money from that sale. We provide you an efficient reporting where you can see all the data you need to monitor your performance and adjust your strategy. If you need more details on the tracking, please contact us.

17. How many merchant offers do you have?

We have plenty of merchants. Most of them share their offers though the marketplace. Some merchants can request an approval to promote their offers, however, most of the offers are public and can be promoted directly. Keep in mind that our network is dynamic, it means that new offers are created every week.

18. What kind of product can I promote?

The Upclick Affiliate Marketplace provides a vast network for publishers to find the best offers, from the top domestic and international merchants. 19. Where can I see my sales?

Upclick provides you complete Real Time Performance Reporting. When you are logged into the platform as an affiliate you can easily access the reporting. It tracks absolutely every metric. It contains all your critical sales data in intuitive tables and interactive charts. Our analytics enable you to quickly and easily track your campaign transactions, clicks, conversion rates and total revenues earned. This will ensure that you always be able to manage your performance and be able to oversee how much commission you generate in ease.

20. How do I close my account?

To close your account, please contact your dedicated affiliate manager to proceed.

21. What happens when I close my account?

When you close your account, usually we will keep your earnings for 6 months to cover eventual chargebacks and refunds on transactions. After this period, we release the amount due and you'll receive all your money minus any chargebacks and refunds applied during the previous 6 months.
