Quality Assurance and Compliance Coordinator

Role and Responsibilities:
Our risk team is looking to hire a QA and compliance Coordinator, this position will be reporting to our Risk Manager.
1. Auditing to Merchant Recordings and Noting:
Noncompliance as per the Upclick Compliance document
Inappropriate business practices and traffic generation tools
Unsatisfactory customer service relations and pricing models
Return policy infractions
Use of scare tactics, lies and harassment towards customers
2. Acting as the Compliance Officer with Merchants. Communications with the merchants should include the following:
The nature of the violation
If this is a repeat offence
The consequences of another violation or current consequences
Keep track of violations and communications with merchants in an organized manner
3. Quality Assurance with Customers:
Calling customers directly to determine satisfaction with services/products received
Assuring proper business and billing practices were followed by the merchant
Confirming how customers came across merchant
Ensuring customer understood what they were purchasing and for how much
Applying refunds liberally to customers who are unsatisfied and working with customer to avoid potential chargeback
4. Produce Weekly Reports for Risk Manager:
Summarizing merchant performance, highlighting non-compliance and number of violations
Informing the Risk Manager of merchants requiring immediate action
Summarizing Cx refunds giver per merchant per week
Required Competencies / Skills
Proficient in Word and Excel
Proper writing skills: spelling, sentence structure, grammar
Proficient in English and French
Ability to Recognize Non-Compliance based on Upclick business model
